Compassionate Body Scan guided audio

The Compassionate Body Scan is a practice to notice the sensations in your body, and to then show appreciation for the places where you have ease in the body, or compassion and tenderness for places that have discomfort or pain.

Find yourself a comfortable position to do this practice; lying down is suggested but choose whatever position you prefer.
