Get Back on Track coaching
For leaders navigating unexpected career changes
Does this sound like you?
You’re a leader who was happily moving along at pace in your career.
You had a plan, the next steps felt clear, and your career trajectory was on track.
Then, an organisational change rolled in like an unexpected thunderstorm.
Maybe you landed a new role that came with a reduced scope.
Maybe the timing of a promotion or transition wasn’t what you wanted.
Or maybe the role you were given wasn’t one you’d ever have chosen.
Whatever the specifics, the truth is the conveyor belt you were riding has juddered to a halt and you’ve been left wondering:
What does this mean for me and my career?
It’s frustrating because on the one hand, it feels like decisions have been made for you.
You’ve been caught up in forces beyond your control, and the result has left you with a smaller remit or a different direction than you’d planned.
On the other hand, you know deep down that it’s on you to take charge again.
To stop waiting for someone else to hand you your next opportunity and instead choose your own path forward.
That tension is exhausting. It can leave you:
Questioning your value and wondering if others see your full potential
Feeling like your career momentum has stalled
Second-guessing your next steps and worrying about getting it wrong
If you could push a button and fast forward six months, this is probably what you want:
To feel in control of your career again
To be in a role that feels right and makes the most of your skills and experience
To be respected by your peers
Most of all, you want to feel confident in your choices, energised about your future, and back in the driving seat of your career.
Introducing the Get Back On Track coaching programme
The Get Back On Track coaching programme is for leaders like you.
You’re highly capable and ambitious but you’ve been knocked off course by organisational change.

Hi, I’m Meg
All my life, I've been fascinated by how people continually grow and evolve.
I'm an American who has called the UK home now for 20+ years.
I value compassion, curiosity, and fun - and will bring that to our work together.
I care about career fulfilment because we spend so much of our lives at work. I believe work can be a source of purpose, vitality, and joy. And for so many people, work is a source of stress, exhaustion, and overwhelm. I want to help change that!
Being a busy manager of a global team, while trying to be a great mother to two young kids, left me feeling stuck in the hamster wheel of "work, sleep, repeat". I was not fully aligned with my values and the cost of this forced effort was high. And I knew there had to be a better way…
My goal is to help you to increase your self-awareness to be at choice, in order to live more fully.
In my coaching career, I've…
Done over 2000 hours of 1:1 coaching
Gained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) status from the International Coach Federation
Worked with 100s of corporate clients on topics including balance, leadership, and confidence.
And I've continually invested in my own learning and development to grow as a coach to best support my clients.
Words from leaders like you
Financial Services Manager and Mother
“Meg was excellent at helping me dig deep to find the answers within. I got real clarity and overcame some fear of change that was standing in my way.”
“I am able to have better and healthier perspective, am more self compassionate, better able to identify my own goals, what truly matters, and how to get there. I am more assertive and have more self belief when it comes to my own abilities. I trust myself more, am clearer on what to go after and how to after it in terms of behaviours I want to display more of: why I think they are the right ones for me and why I think they will help me grow and develop my confidence and assertiveness. I have also identified some actionable next steps.”
“I needed some very practical support and Meg not only gave me this but brought me back to my bigger intent and reminded me of my progress. I feel supported, heard, respected, with an open mind of what’s possible.”
